Leadership
Our co-founders started this venture because they believed in what could have been done which others might have overlooked. This was an idea that we cultivated and nurtured over the years; taking many faces, adopting new approaches, and continue evolving to become a better version of ourselves.

History
2017
The timing was no coincidence. That year’s simultaneous regional elections sparked a growing demand for public affairs and communications expertise, both from the political circle and the private sector. The co-founders began small, with only two silver-colored laptops, and took them anywhere to find opportunities and secure businesses.
2018
Early this year marked a new milestone, as we started hiring full-time team members and relocated to a coworking space in the Santa district. While most of the projects were public relations related, the company strengthened its portfolio according to the co-founders’ strength in advocacy. During this building phase, the firm took on the crisis management role at the 2018 Asian Games, making it the first significant foray into international-scale event work.
2019
The third year saw the company making strides both in grassroots and high-level projects. In the former, we developed capabilities to negotiate and mitigate risks from land acquisition, as well as perform grievance mechanism measures according to international standards. In the latter, the team secured a significant milestone by supporting the 2019 Indonesia Development Forum with Bappenas and the Australian Government. These projects were considered a turning point as they enforced our capabilities in public affairs and policymaking. Additionally, we moved our office to a coworking space near the Gelora Bung Karno area in an attempt to promote employees’ mobility through public transport.
2020
COVID-19 devastated business-as-usual, and Indonesia was not immune to that global crisis. We used the situation as a launchpad to go completely digital in terms of workflow. By adapting the system to complete remote work, we were able to make the necessary savings to maximize opportunities. We took a radical approach to media relations. Previously, all major media events, like press conferences or roundtable interviews, occurred face-toface. In the pandemic, however, they were conducted entirely online.
2021
The world was still reeling from the virus’s spread, but it was also searching for ways to return to normal. It was an era frequently dubbed the new normal. It was also the year we finally reaped our returns from working for the last three years to research and plan for PON XX in Papua Province. The moment was historic as it was the first major national event ever held in the region. More than just a sporting event, PON XX became a symbol of unity and pride, spotlighting Papua on the national stage.
2022
In a bid to return to normal, we relocated our operations to the Sudirman area and embraced a hybrid work model. The project portfolios that year were unique. In addition to policy advocacy and strategic communications services, the company delivered many training sessions, primarily to the C-level in the private sector and generally to specific groups in the ministries and international organizations.
2023
While research and training have become high-demand services of our company, this year’s projects cemented our credentials in the sustainability practice. We also develop communication strategies, ranging from government ministries and international organizations to private sector clients, showcasing our ability to navigate complex communications needs.
2024
The company launched a formal internal announcement to reshape our expertise in green communications. Many of our significant projects revolved around advocacy and strategic messaging aimed at the goal of having “anincreased quality of life” through policy changes in environmental protection, healthy lifestyle, and human resources development. This commitment has been rewarding: our proposed mangrove farmer earned the prestigious Kalpataru award, and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry recognized us as the first company to do so. We also got the chance to support a UNESCO- and UNICEF-level event with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
2025
As our CEO stated in the first meeting of the year, 2025 is a clean slate for everyone. We have a new President and his government who will guide Indonesia through the turbulent geopolitics. However, as we step into our eighth year, we will continue to grow with purpose: to do what we can to make a difference, no matter how small.
